think (happy to be corrected) these Performance Rights are in relation to their tenure.

It's the other parcel I'm curious about - 5,144,771 from the Employee Incentive Plan (mentioned in the AGM on 31-May-2016).
It looks like it didn't go to anyone within or associated to the company and I couldn't derive what condition was satisfied to trigger it.
