At least attack an argument or point someone is making instead of erecting straw scarecrows.
FBR directors in the opinion of a lot of holders are very highly paid. I think it's valid and fair to say that after comparing their pay to many of my other stocks.
And to be clear i never said it was a share grab, simply that they're taking on performance based shares. The managers in a lot of holder's views have also been very liberal with their interpretations and steering of the company to achieve their bonuses.
