4 or 5 years ago they had less than 100 million shares on issue after the 10:1 consolidation, they are now pushing that 1 billion mark again, with a market cap under 370 million and the continuing dilution with new shares coming on board it wont grow, as I said before if they do everything right and things fall into place over the next 12-18 months you may see $1.00, I just hope they dont consolidate again to get it there
