Seems punters are waiting on oppies expiry or an announcement regarding the now over due white label licence. Rough count around 3m out of 18m oppies execised thus far. It would appear to me that the catalyst will definitely be that granting of the white label licence. How many hurdles there are to jump over I have no idea. I assume there must be a decent regulatory review. Hopefully we get this next week just to sure up option exercise and the near corresponding dollars into the war chest.
