I can forsee price going below 90c. At close today would only take 100k of shares sold yo crash price below 90c. One could do that to crash option price and then buy shares back cheaper by converting options.
I thought about doing this but there are CGT implications and also would like to see options converted as it would allow us to increase stake in TSI at pre-parimal. I do thi k with directors likely to convert all ops, DMX and a few holders with conviction converting, we will get at least 20% converted even if price goes below 90c. For me personally that would be an outcome I'd be happy with.
