Smedley said WL licence by Xmas. Then by end of year. All this to prop option exercise or a genuine error? Either way not a great look for mine. Warning bells go off when companies don't deliver on time lines without reason. Thus far no reason. Hate being negative but thats the way I am seeing atm. Of course this can change with a decent announcement but it is starting to feel like living in hope which is never a good trading plan.
