Finally some movement in the right direction. Perhaps the options really were dragging down the price.
In regards to the WL, I agree with the comments above that perhaps it is a procedural timing thing that they missed the end of 2023 deadline but at the end of the day if you commit to a deadline you should keep shareholders updated as to why that is the case.
