I think your math checks out here... 47,965,577 shares outstanding with 2c dividend is $959,311. Shares issued at 31c means a max of 3,094,553 shares should be issued. Too big of a difference even with franking credits.
My mate has contacted them, and IR has escalated the issue so seems to be just a stuff up. Good catch.
