Prospectus from 2023 states voluntary escrow agreements with Directors and managers that hold restricted securities.
The 89million shares are held by NFM Enterprises (trust of Neil McDonald) and Michelle Simonds Pty (trust of Luke Titus) plus an agreement for 6mill of those for Downer, Cressey, Schlobohm and Barnett.
So unless they sell, liquidity is unchanged.
