(Not directed at you, just broadly replying to the comment and concerns raised elsewhere)

Institutions won’t necessarily try and back out of a placement just because the SP has gone below their placement price.

Remember:

1. GLN has low average volumes of shares traded
2. The share register is fairly tightly held
3. These institutions want to get onto the register

To do this *outside* of a Capital Raise they’d all have to try and buy large chunks of shares on-market.

Given points 1 & 2 above, guess what that would do to the share price?

There’s more to it than just what price they get in at. It’s the ability to buy potentially millions of *new* shares without creating a huge supply/demand shortfall.
