This director has/had 5mil options to take up yet he only exercised 1mil. If there was concern, surely he would have exercised more. Add to that, his total shareholding prior to this move was only 100,000. There are many on this site that have been following HIO/CAP for a long time with confidence, I would bet most of them have more than 100,000 shares in their portfolio.
Looks like Jon is simply boosting his portfolio. And good on him. The options were distributed to reward performance, the company and share price has performed, take the reward Jon. Well earned.
