Unbelievable!!! , issues 62.5 million shares at bargain basement price to Regal, then the day the shares become tradeable HIO releases an announcement that drives up the share price and raises real questions about the raise at 8 cents in the first place . I look forward to seeing Regals substantial shareholding notice in the next day or so , if they've sold a single share they held pre raise then this is outrageously expensive equity
