The fact more people haven’t resigned over this deal is astounding. Been around the traps a long time and this has to be one of the worst years of funding for a company that at one point had a price over $1. The dilution has been mind boggling with not much to show for it. In the current life of the company everything is about the funding, and not many people would look at the deals of the last 12 months and say the best interests of the shareholders have met. Personal opining not advice.
