If Povey was really genuine, he would have or the HLX should board should have proposed for a subscription of shares at a higher price than .005c to show confidence to HLX shareholders. That would have been more effective with more capital to the company with limited dilution. So, to me both side of parties HLX board and Povey have stuffed up here. I still believe results will be achieved though and I’m looking forward to Muriel Tank drilling and more copper/gold drilling on other tenements too.
