Ilario: When I looked at Harvest, the first thing I looked at was the tech. What I found was we had a piece of gold there. The greatest gain you will make economically is taking a company from what's perceived to be crap, to good. The key piece there is, it has to be perceived to be crap, not actually crap. Harvest technology is unbelievable.

What I then look at is, is it worth my time? I'm 53 years of age. I've chaired plenty of companies. I don't need the gig. So what I've got to look at is return on my time. So I look at the company and go...(short answer, my words), based on $40M capex invested in the world class tech stack vis-a-vis current SP, yes, it is worth my time. There are multiples of SP value to be had with Harvest. We're coming for you guys, and we're gonna kick your ass!

I'm confident enough to think that when Ilario says he's coming for you (thick and fast) and is going to kick your ass, you better get the hell out of the way because he means what he says.

2025 = Breakout Year.
