It states the released stock has a cash consideration of $0.10 per share. Does this mean that is what is being paid now by the recipient like an option or was this the issue price at ipo and paid for then? The wording seems to indicate we are getting about $54k into the coffers now with the recipient getting about $130k of stock at todays close of $0.245.
