No Trueblood he's not but I wouldn't get too excited, that last announcement and the lack of progress for the last 8 years since ICN actually did anything, must have him under pressure from the board and major shareholders so this has probably assured him a continued role in ICN.
Remember also, he has earned over 10 million in his 20 years at the helm.
Until anyone gets to see the full set of accounts and the liabilities then who knows, he could have done it simply to keep ICN solvent.
Remember also, they have a huge rehab liability for 855 that will run into the millions, so he needs to keep it going or face the consequences of not being able to meet the rehab requirements, which would result in the end of any field operations, ever.
Sorry everyone but in my view, Ray\ICN is not due any credit for anything until there is a "binding" deal of substance with a credible player in the market.
