I am mainly working on establishing the Resident Portal, a digital platform that makes it easier for municipalities to give residents access to their services and information. With a single login, residents can get a comprehensive view of their personal engagement with their municipality. A real "one way in" with access to, for example, information, cases and permits.
In my role, I focus on sales, marketing and business development. I work both strategically and operationally to reach out to municipalities, build strong customer relationships and package our offering in a clear and attractive way. This involves everything from customer meetings, sales campaigns and trade fairs to digital marketing.
I am also involved in product development where I help set functionality requirements and ensure that the Resident Portal is developed in line with customer needs.
Now I am looking forward to fully investing in putting Onify and the Resident Portal on the map. We need to be more visible, work smarter with marketing and find the right way to reach out. It will be fun to focus more on that and be part of developing both our brand and our communication going forward.[/COLOR]
