I think that this is a different Onify mate from what we see online.
I attended 2 of the past few shareholder meetings in person and i had a chance to chat with the current CEO and other members of their rather small team. I feel somewhat heartened. It seems the former CEO and founder of the company, of which it was named after, Trienpoint was hugely incompetent and didnt know what he was doing. Scoping projects wrongly, choosing the wrong tech stacks for the wrong products and so on.
Now im not a software person but as a mechanical engineer i will share my thoughts that the wrong tech stack is a step in the wrong direction, often hard to recover from.
The fact that the former CEO has left and has now set up shop on his own, seeing from his online presence, will be a good test of his abilities.
I wonder if he will triumph victorious and glorious whilst the onify we are all vested in will fizzle and die? Or the other way around?
Only time will tell.
I will say this though, i will be at the next shareholder meeting, and the one after that vocally sharing my views and asking the questions that need be asked to protect my investment (or make investment decisions). Look forward to meeting you folks there if anyone else chooses to attend!
