"Comparative valuations to NASDAQ companies are multiples of where we are sitting right now."

This is the key: we're about to be listed on the NASDAQ and no other company compares to us on the ASX. So we need to start seriously comparing ourselves to our US peers, who - as we know- are trading at multiples to where we're sitting now.

Our management team are putting hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars into this company ABOVE what they already own, and they own the largest chunk of the company by miles. Yes they are exercising oppies at lower shares prices at 8c and 20c (Dr Sud); however, when they did these deals, we were all dreaming of the day that we would be above 8 and 20 cents.

Now we are sitting around 35 cents and listing on the NASDAQ soon and dreaming of $1+.

Non-shareholders think $1+ sounds unrealistic and ambitious. But look at our US competitor valuations and it starts to seem more realistic.

The US market is a totally different game.

That's pretty much the crux of the story now.

As for Dr Sud exercising his remaining oppies at 20c, who knows what will happen in the future. He might or might not exercise them. Frankly who cares? If he chooses to exercise the remaining options, as we all know, he is set to make hundreds of millions more than what he going to already. If he doesn't exercise, he already is the largest shareholder and is set to make hundreds of millions of dollars.

Mind you, it's better for us if he doesn't excise, as there will be less shares on issue.

But if he does exercise, that's a lot of coin and huge vote of confidence. The market will probably go nuts on the back of it.

Mark these words: our directors are positioning this company for a takeover, which will be in excess of $1 per share. We analysed the science behind the drug trials extensively on our blog. And like @Chaya, we believe all the trials will be successful. But, at the end of the day, we need just one trial to work for this to be a multi-billion dollar company.

That's literally the best thing about this company.

We have MULTIPLE billion dollar potential company markers - with the science behind them, indicating a high probability of success - and we only need one to work out. How good is that? Then we have the best partners in the industry. No company in the world compares to us and we're significantly undervalued as a result.

The NASDAQ listing can't come soon enough.

Get em' while their still cheap...
