How much do we expect the SP to be post conversion?
I think there will be 210Mn SOI (post conversion) if SP is 15c: MC= $31.5Mn if SP is 20c: MC= $42Mn if SP is 25c: MC=$52.5Mn
IMO both 15c and 20c are below current value of company what we already know about the prophylactic arm alone, leaving everything else aside. At 25c we could be getting to fair value knowing that we will need to raise funds for a large phase 3 trial which may another 9-12 months to complete.
