The outcomes of which are leaving Immutep behind imo.

761 could be the jewel in the crown as it may be the curative answer to auto-immune diseases, however it's development has been glacial so far.

Performance shares was voted and approved last AGM (from memory) but still timing of announcement could not really been worse. I do agree that it is also the perfect time for exec directors buying on market too, but history would suggest unlikely.
