Immutep has also fallen foul of listing rule (see 8k) but was given time (90 days from memory) to rectify IMMP share price, which was achieved but now possibly on the way to being retested.
No doubt Hopper is the Aussie biotech entrepreneur.

Other Hopper biotechs in the stable are progressing well - clinically but 2022 has been a disaster for market cap/SP. Some would say IMU was significantly overvalued but other IPO start-ups (including CHM/RAD) have also been slaughtered since listing.
IMM is also not immune to this years risk off phenomenon either. After years of cheap money and speculative bubble, reality has kicked in and all long biotech investors have been royalty shafted by insto's and market makers due to geopolitical/inflation and money flow being switched off.
Big money has made big money and exited stage left.
Huge opportunities for investors who can see beyond the carnage and buy into good company's at a discount.
Of course we are still regarded as speculative as are all other Hopper businesses but imo there are synergies particularly between IMM/IMU - ie 'Lag3 vaxx' that could yield great outcomes without big pharma bullying the one sided game. Wishful thinking maybe but Hopper (and L Chong - CEO IMU who has placed on record interest in Lag-3 - see presentations) could just be the bio pro's to make it happen?
