A consolidation serves absolutely no purpose and is an extremely high probability that it will lower share value.
If I was Imugene, when the money started rolling in I would immediately announce an on-market share buyback scheme using a percentage of revenue. Keep it small scale but keep it constant. This will not only drive the price up naturally through upwards pressure but shareholder sentiment would skyrocket.
It's probably the only industry you can get away with no consolidation due to the extremely long runway the products have.
