yes maybe not what we shareholders want to see, but performance / remuneration "compensation" issues in place of lower salary is generally a good thing for a research company. Once these plans are in place, you are not going to see management not take the share / options up.
Hopefully the next announcement we see is pleasing to our eyes! GLAH
