All the options were unlisted performance options. The options were issued for free but got converted to fully ranked IMU shares / heads by paying 5.1c. from IMUAAN to IMU and from IMUAAO to IMU
In the end similar as when they would have bought them for 5.1c, just not on-market. In the end IMU got a few extra $ which probably came originally from the IMU account in the first place. The only winner so far: the ATO which got some % from the salaries which would have been used to pay for last week

But of course they wouldn't have done it if there wasn't any upside to be seen. That way, let's consider it a a management buy off-market. Man, had they bought 29m shares on-market last week - Hallelujah!
