Yes DickyB, Precison and Imugene agreed to settle terms for the US$13M convertible note due 12 months after agreement, as 75% in cash US$$9.750M @ 0.6789 = AUS$14.36M, and 25% US$3.25M @ 0.6789 = AUS$4.787M as Imugene shares (87,999,186 shares @ AUS$0.0544 per share = AUS$4.787M).
