So are people saying Hopper looked after his mates again by giving an announcement around the same time Precision received their shares. Perfect ironical timing for the share price rise and enough liquidity for Precision to dump their shares with a bit of profit on top? Surely thats not how Hopper operates, just like there was no leaky ship in the lead up to the announcement.
