    I'm not the expert, but I think these announcements are made when there has been a change to the capital structure of the company. This can as a result of actions including:
    • a capital raise
    • a consolidation
    • or in this case, a conversion of options.

    The "Cleansing Notice" details the action taken and the "Application for quotation of securities - IVZ" provides the updated capital structure of the listed company.
