You are right i should have said IMO.
Personally IMO I don’t think a consolidation is needed and I don’t really care much for them as IME the SP general drifts lower afterwards.
IMO the reason it’s not trading higher is the news is still “impending” and not actual yet and we will certainly need to be thinking about a CR in the next few months.
What SP are you waiting for it to get up to before you enter?
