The 26,571,426 new shares and Options subject of this announcement, relate to the participation of the 4 board members in the last Cap Raise.
They participated on same terms as everyone else.
Reason for announcement, is that their participation had to be approved by S/h at the GM last week.
Frankly, thats just more of their "skin in the game"!
When one adds those shares purchased by them under that CR, and add on the $100k each will pay for their Performamnce Rights - well its got to say something about their view on the potential for IXR !
