Retail shareholders are always in the back seat. It's better for them to have good relationships with Regal or anyone else. They can raise under KAL or any other company if its profitable for the investor and themselves with $400k salaries. Retailers are just a means to an end. Lucky if retailers make money but it's only the crumbs. The sharks keep tabs and keep the cream.
