Seriously, what ordinary shareholder would put their hand up for more shares when the current price is 18.3 cents I have held shares in this company for over 2 years and it is the worst performer in my portfolio. I have held on since the information coming from the company on actual operations is always heartening. I do not know what the problem is but it seems that every time they need money they issue shares ie they are unable to borrow on the market. Result: there are too many shares given the size of the company. They may come good long term . They have a product the world wants.
