Ann: Application for quotation of securities - KWR, page-13

I just looked at the prospectus and my heart skipped a beat thinking i had missed the application cut off given it states you must apply by the 10th.
Called the Coy Secretary just now and he confirms that all SPP participants will automatically receive their options without application .. the statement was for compliance only.
Conversion forms for the options will be available via the Automic site with instructions on how to do this ...
Thought that may be helpful as i'm expecting we may well all be converting at some stage.
