IMO the new capital raising from the US ATM facility is dominated by 1 buyer, causing many existing and new potential buyers to be very cautious in relation to further future dilutions in their equity share holding.

Many of the top 40 shareholders have been recently increasing their share holdings at the lower prices.

I would have preferred for management to have raised capital under the previous method including both institution and retail ASX investors, even though the facility fees would have been double, better than having a prolonged capital raising with known unknowns.

I will also be progressively adding, because of the recent good news and the future potential for both paxalisib and EVT-801.

For as long as I have been in this stock, back when we where ASX:NRT, ALL CR have been for ASX:NRT or ASX:KZA. This ATM program is the first program exclusive to NASDAQ:KZIA.

Correct me if I am wrong.

The game is different now. The ATM no longer dilutes ASX:KZA trading, where typically trades below NASDAQ: KZIA. This is good for ASX traders/investors. We are lucky to be NOT subjected to further dilution, so to speak.
