PB- I wouldn't get all up in arms just yet. They need money. The dilution was 10M shares onto the KZA already-existing float of 138 million or so.
If they had known what Yang's oral presentation will reveal (we still don't know), maybe they would have used the ATM after it. There's been criticism using hindsight for not raising money. Now there's criticism for raising money.
The share price is what it is after a terrible 10 months for the overall market and biotechs especially. If I could change that single-handedly, I would.
