I know they need the money they always need more money but for existing shareholders that means dilution so the whole target would need to be use a high sp to minimise dilution. This agile situation has been a complete stuff up in regard not foreseeing this possibility AND conducting capital raising in the middle of it. WE are not paid to do this WE are the one's paying - maybe JG and Co need to lift their holdings to boost confidence after a poor outcome in regard agile I don't like feeling the pain knowing JG and Co are being paid throughout no matter what and that annoys me!
