Of course its a good buy for them at these lows which is why the tap should be turned off BUT I have no idea what the target is in regard this ATM raisings BUT its a poor situation given the pitiful sp in regard this continuous raising which is only helping push even lower the sp.. I have stood up for all kinds of things over quite a few years and have held tight but this annoys me because I can't see what the end target is and that should be communicated - how much are they looking for will give some indication to the market..
