It is so easy to 'give away' 10% of the shares on issue; just a stroke of a pen; I understand it... 'sub underwriting services', but I am tired of the cap raises and the big holders and the game playing; we have the cash, the product, the contracts, the distributors, the services; the management need to stop focusing all their energy on the fun and games and grow Lumos into a real company; no more shenanigans are needed just RUN THE COMPANY and PROMOTE THE COMPANY
