Firstly, they’ve announced the dates as 13th of December for the vesting of performance rights. Maybe funding was secured Friday 13th then announced Monday 16th.
Secondly, in the amended terms document from 9th December 2024 it says “Funding secured allowing the Company to award the main construction contracts – by 30April 2025”. However, the funding announcement from yesterday was non binding and there’s been no indication that the main construction award has been provided yet?? Not sure I would class this as having met the above hurdle; would expect an announcement they’ve gone ahead with the construction contracts before vesting these rights (and shares)????
