    They constantly need the cash by selling stock to fund (perceived) growth, pay debt, or just keep the lights on. This constant activity has diluted how much of the company each share is worth. Just to be clear, and for the amateurs here, if a company with 10 million shares issues and sells 1 million new shares, 10% of your former equity now belongs to the new shareholders. The key here with LIT is to consider the history of share buybacks and dilution and that ain't a pretty picture, but, hey understand there's way more sophisticated and educated punters contributing to this forum - just look at the quality of some commentators . Then again they're also not scared off by the accumulated losses at ++66Mill and think that's a great effort highly deserving of "performance rights" ? Ha Ha and Ha Ha again.
