Your posts in this matter have been utterly misleading.
The truth is that exercising a LKEOC option is also a CR. It creates a new LKE share, raising 75c capital for LKE.
If there won't be enough LKEOC options exercised, LKE will most likely be able to create new shares raising more capital, as the current LKE SP is almost double of the 75c LKEOC strike price. This would be good for shareholders. It would mean more money for the same amount of shares created.
