When a stock option vests, it means that it is actually available for you to exercise or buy.
Performance right have no price (to exercise), they are free.
What performance was worthy of (free) rights ??
Where’s the “investor”…I can only recall a couple of MOU’s…full of conditions, and non-binding!!
And Dr. Lindsay’s $1.4 million…for what ??
