I have another bone to pick!
How can Stuie's 5,000,000 performance rights (see above), be "full vested", on the back of a couple of conditional, non-binding agreements (essentially MOU's).
"Fully vested" means he can exercise the freebie options, at no cost to him...and yet the condition precedent/s, set by the "Investors", have not been satisfied, or met.
For goodness sakes, this is highly unusual, and highly unreasonable.
