I have seen many CEOs of asx companies openly mislead investors, provide impossible timetables, openly bullshit on ppts, burn shareholders, and then pat their butts and leave. Those who speed will be fined hundreds of dollars, and there is nothing wrong with stealing tens of millions from shareholders
