I don't vote them back in,. I vote, I do not support director renominations nor pay increases or bonus issues unless the company is showing good results reflecting profit or a pathway to profit, I will always support BOD's that will give me dividends or confidence that dividends will come in the future.

To the turkey that said what will a class action do against a company that is broke, the class action will not be against the company, it will be against the individual directors, and bankruptcy will bring down there individual house of cards.
