One possible scenario......is that they suddenly announce SA deal done and moving to Rev very soon?  SP quickly goes to 1.1c and THEN they offer CR for 1c!!!   NOW,  you realize not taking up offer for .0006 was a grave mistake......   Maybe happen as the board claims they are working on this and others and what else would they be doing anyway?  Making headway? seems not.   When you see the words "going concern" in next auditor report, thats when it is pretty certain terminal end is nigh...

I calculate with Cr and cash from July, they have about 500k ish left? and need more than a mil for the Enterprise work? They HAVE to get help/partners and TA has run off back to France?   
I fear the next Auditors report...
