I do believe the commissioning to be the point at which the value will shift from if to when, and the share price will be accordingly forward-looking to levels of production that the larger plants will deliver.
I am not confident in this occurring prior to the October 26 deadline, however I have no problems converting my options regardless and carrying them as standard issued shares.
