Yes It would but they bought 125M of them at 0.005 thanks to executing options they held. There aren’t that many up for grabs at that price.
In any case it’s a huge sign of confidence. Why execute now unless you feel the share price is going to run. It’s also not a small investment. Something has to be around the corner.
