@SlimPickings6 pointed out that there was a trade for 2.58m shares at 10:49am this morning. So you're probably right - the owner of the oppies converted and dumped the heads on market.
Waratah are the largest holder of these oppies and given their longer term strategy with LRS, I'd hope that when they convert theirs (I think around 40-45m of them), they will convert and hold (which will push them back into a 5%+ substantial holder category).
